Get your Ramen Fix at Tongara Ramen!

Tongara Ramen was first established in Shinjuku - an authentic Japanese ramen house that creates mouth-watering Tonkotsu (pork) and Torigara (chicken) broths for a rich, flavorful ramen experience.

I heard from my foodie friends that Tongara really offer delicious ramen so I got a bit excited when it was part of our restaurant to try during our visit at Lamp Quarters.

To start off with their best-selling ramens:

Tongara Ramen - Their signature Tonkotsu (pork) and Torigara (chicken) bone broth and flavored with aged soybean!

Tantanramen - My favorite as always as it's spicy! The one that Tongara offers was really flavorful and I love that the spiciness doesn't overpower the rich flavor ramen's broth.

Tsukemen - Dip, soak and slurp as they say! Indeed a unique and way of enjoying authentic and traditional Japanese ramen.

Ebi Miso Ramen - loaded with shrimps, chashu and tamago in a tasty asari and miso flavored broth.

Moving on to their side-dishes which I also enjoyed:

Chicken Karaage

Gyoza

Chashu

Spicy Chicken - My favorite from the 4! Crispy chicken with a little bit if spiciness!

Currently Tongara Ramen is serving free gyoza for every ramen purchase once you present your COVID-19 vaccination card until September 2020.

Visit them at Lamp Quarters and enjoy al fresco dining or you can also enjoy their signature dishes at home by ordering Tongara Home Kit Bundle available for both pickup and delivery (visit their page for more deets!)

Have you tried them? What's your favorite? Mine would be the Tantanramen and Spicy Chicken for the sides!
