Situated a few minutes away from Baguio Town Proper lies a hotel/garden/events place. The said place has an open-air garden which is specialized to host events such as weddings, birthdays or even company meetings or team-building programs as it can accommodate up to about 100 people.
Emily’s Garden has 5 standard guest rooms and 6 family suites which was named after the owner (Mrs. Emily Oyco) daughters and a son named “Pauline”, “Hanika”, “Denise”, “Regina” and “Nico”. The road going up here is quite scary because it's steep and narrow, but the place itself is amazing.
It was my first time visiting the place and I had no regrets choosing this as a place for a staycation with my dear friends as the place is big, clean and comfortable to stay in. We got the Suite Hanika which was good for 6 pax and had to pay extra as were originally 8 pax. Our suite is located at the back facade of the place which gives us a magnificent view of the open garden and it was really breathtaking.
Each suite has its own bathroom, cooking area with complete utensils, dining table, television and a living room. Each suite is spacious and would be perfect for a group of friends or families. During our stay, we were even able to have our own bonfire and had a BBQ in the garden. The staff are all friendly and accommodating. Lucky us since we also have the place on our own during our visit.
I would highly recommend this place if you would like to get away from the hustle and bustle crowd of Baguio City.
Thanks Emily’s Garden for letting us stay. I’d definitely come back! ☺
